Marla Mock

Marla Mock, CFE, was named president of Molly Maid in March 2023 after serving as Vice President of Operations of Molly Maid since 2021. Marla is responsible for the overall leadership and growth of Molly Maid throughout the US.

Marla has over 20 years of business experience in large and small organizations. She is a dynamic executive with expertise in operations, process improvement, and franchise experience in the home service category. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated to consistently meet and exceed revenue, profit, and growth targets by leveraging her relationship and change management skills.

Marla joined Neighborly in 2012 when she first served as a Franchise Consultant. She was soon named Vice President of Operations for Rainbow Restoration and then Vice President of Operations for Aire Serv Heating and Air Conditioning before transitioning to Molly Maid.

Marla earned her BBA in Human Resources Management from Tarleton State University. Marla served as the Student Body Vice President and President while attending Tarleton State University and was appointed to the Texas A&M University Chancellor's Student Advisory Board serving three terms. She currently serves on the National Board of Directors for Young Catholic Professionals.
