Josh Miller

Josh Miller was named President of Rainbow Restoration™, a global franchise providing residential and commercial restoration and cleaning services, in July 2022.

Josh joined Rainbow Restoration™ in July 2017 as the Director of Technical Training. In that role, he built strong relationships with both Rainbow Restoration Franchise Owners as well as the Home Office Team Members. He was named Vice President of Operations in July 2021.

Josh has more than 26 years of experience in the residential and commercial property damage restoration industry. Before joining Rainbow Josh worked for companies across the United States in operational leadership positions. He also worked in consulting roles helping small business owners build systems that scale their businesses and allow them more time for other interests.

Josh is a Certified Franchise Executive through the International Franchise Association and is also a Certified Restorer through the Restoration Industry Association.

Josh lives in Waco and has two sons, Casey, and Sam.
