Jeramy Sibley

Jeramy Sibley was named president of Glass Doctor, a trusted brand in the glass repair, replacement and glass services to residential, automotive and commercial markets, by Neighborly in 2023.

Jeramy joined Neighborly over eight years ago as a Franchise Business Coach at Rainbow Restoration. Jeramy later became the Sure Start Coordinator and helped lead the Sure Start Coordinator group across Neighborly. In 2019, Jeramy was named Vice President of Operations for Glass Doctor.

Prior to Neighborly, Jeramy worked for Farmers Insurance for 12 years in a variety of roles within claims and marketing before becoming a District Manager and later an Agency Business Consultant.

Jeramy received his Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and later went on to complete his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas – Pan American (now Rio Grande Valley). Jeramy has over 15 years of experience in working with business owners in launching and growing their business. He is a proven results driven leader with experience in building high performing teams, processes and systems.
