Chris Bruno

Chris Bruno is Vice President of Operations for Window Genie and serves as the brand's interim brand president. She is a Certified Franchise Executive with more than 25 years of experience in business development, operations, and franchise leadership. 

Since joining Neighborly® in 2018, Chris has served in multiple leadership roles across the organization, including Franchise Business Consultant for Five Star Painting, Vice President of Operations for Window Genie, and most recently, Vice President overseeing both Window Genie and Junk King. In every role, she has consistently delivered measurable results by combining data-driven insights with a passion for coaching and leadership development.

Chris is known for her assertive, high-energy style and her commitment to building positive, performance-oriented team cultures. Prior to joining Neighborly, she successfully owned and operated a chain of retail businesses, demonstrating entrepreneurial vision and operational excellence.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from Tarleton State University. With deep expertise in operations management, strategic planning, and new business development, she remains focused on delivering impactful results for the Window Genie brand and its franchise owners.
